Tim Elsea’s Early Life
Tim Elsea lives and works in the Pacific Northwest, but this wasn’t always the case. Tim was born in Birmingham, Alabama, son of Thomas Melvin Elsea and Mary Frances Elsea. In his early days his family lived in Alabama, South Carolina, and Georgia. Tim Elsea graduated high school in 1979 in Williamston, South Carolina, and earned a place on the Dixie Skydivers, the skydiving team from Clemson University. After service in the U.S. Army from 1983 to 1987, he completed his Civil Engineering degree at Clemson University.
