Tim Elsea’s Military Career
Tim Elsea has a strong commitment to public service, and this is readily apparent in his work history. However, Tim’s history of public service didn’t start with civil engineering – it began in the military. Tim enlisted in the United States Army for four years, serving his country from 1983 to 1987. During his time in the Army, Tim Elsea learned the value of fighting for the safety of others and being a part of something greater than the individual. The lessons learned in the Army are visible in Tim’s commitment to public service and improving the lives of others today.
