Tim Elsea’s dedication to public service, history of professional excellence, and unwavering work ethic has led to five different supervisory roles in public works in the Pacific Northwest. Tim has been the director of public works for Bonner County, Idaho, Missoula County, Montana, Lewis County, Washington, and Lane County, Oregon. Tim Elsea also acted as supervisor during his time with Mountain Utility Company, facilitating a split between two subsidiaries of Harbor Properties and turning Mountain Utility Company profitable again.
