I Am the Wind is a play by the Norwegian writer Jon Fosse. It is about two men, The One and The Other, who travel by boat until The One commits suicide by drowning himself. During the boat ride they talk about the existential discomfort, as well as the lack of ability of a man to express himself. The mood oscillates between restlessness and calmness, distress and beauty. "I am the Wind" we consider impeccable in its structure and form. The strength of Fosse's work is in the intensity of experience and the beauty in poetry that transcends. Our idea was to try to reinvent impression of the ancient tragedy. All the means of our expression were ultimately reduced. By subtracting the identity of space and costumes through a simple and purified design, we gave spoken words the opportunity to focus attention of the audience.
