In collaboration with LIQUID's Innovation Leader we designed LIQUID's methodology, one that would be used in all processes within the agency.
 
"METODOLOGIA LIQUID" is focuses on the search for user-centered innovation. The process has been designed based on Design Thinking theories which combines creative and analitical thinking through iterations in order to obtain design-driven solutions to projects, problems or challenges.
 
It's main objective is to identify the needs of who we are desiging for in order the provide them with the correct design. (End-users, clients or internal personel)
Descubir / Discover
Discover the needs of our clients and end users. This includes for Marketing and Design Research as well as co-creation sessions with internal LIQUID teams and external teams (clients).
 
Definir / Define
Define what was recolected during our discovery through synthesis in order to create value propositions for our clients. Ideas and concepts are born.
 
Comprobar / Prove
Question, critique and validate our concepts and ideas. Rapid prototyping and testing within the necessary context: end-users and/or clients. This is a critical stage, we can either move forward or take one or two steps back. 
 
Desarollar / Develope
Development for the concept or idea is in place. During this stage we must re-prove what has been created in order to be able to complete it. 
 
Despegar / Deliver
Launched to market or presented to our client. We measure its impact based on the it's initial definition, once we get feedback we can begind to redefine, constant beta.
