This project included the renovation of and addition to an existing enclosed porch on a two story suburban home.  The clients wanted a space to serve as a family room but which could also serve as a Guest Room when the need arose.  I designed a two story volume that would integrate into the existing residence but with an updated look and feel.  The clients loved the idea of the space including a loft and I was also able to give the space the "inside/outside" feeling that they desired.  I also designed new patio areas to serve there needs for outdoor areas which their home lacked previously.
