PING wanted to create a 48' x 10' wall graphic in it's newly re-designed Putting Lab to celebrate the history of PING putters dating back to 1959 when Karsten Solheim, PING's founder, designed the PING 1-A putter. The wall graphic tells the story of Karsten's most famous putter designs, including the Anser (the most professional wins and most copied putter design in history), Anser 2 and B60, as well as highlights of key moments in PING history leading up to current day. To give the wall graphic some dimension, I designed black and white image foam-mounted cutouts in the shape of the PING branded shields.
