This multimedia presentation was created to introduce the One IRS Initiative—a program created to help the IRS communicate with increased clarity, quality, functionality, efficiency and synergy of all materials produced by the organization. The presentation outlines the values of the organization and how they can be communicated clearly, consistently and effectively, internally and externally, across all communication touchpoints.
