On this Townhome project, I acted as Project Manager and was responsible for producing the Construction Documents from Chris Remson's design. I was also responsible for coordinating the various consultants and was responsible for directing an Intern within our office that was helping with the project. I also coordinated the rezoning and permitting of the property which included meeting before the Mayor and the City Council for approval.
Elevations were created in AutoCAD from designs and sketches created by Chris Remson, one of the firm Principles.
Part of my responsibilities on this project included the layout and sizing of the wood framing and connections for the 110 mph wind zone.

The framing was designed to be independent to each town home. Coupled with a 2 hour separation and rated gypsum board at the attics, we were able to avoid visible parapets between each dwelling.
