Ford King: Larry H. Miller Ford Draper

"Ford King"
Larry H. Miller Ford,
Draper TV Campaign

Larry H. Miller Ford in Draper had been using the signature "Ford King" for some time but advertising had not been created that took that moniker to it's potential.

There have been many brands in advertising that have used the "feel like a king" or "feel like royalty" idea, but almost all of them have used visual gags; Imperial Margarine and Burger King being the most well known. The goal with this campaign was to convey the concept that the customer "feels like" royalty when they shop, service or buy at the dealership. The resulting spots avoid the tired approach of putting a crown on the head of the customer and instead uses language and funny situations to get the idea across.
