Global On Demand is an over the top (OTT) subscription video delivery service. Using the VHX platform (now VimeoOTT), we send video content and live event broadcasts to users through a web app, Roku channel, AppleTV app, iOS app, Android app, and FireTV app.

I worked with the in-house Media Director on this project, and initially we were developing a platform bespoke, but as the SAAS offerings evolved, we realized that it would be more cost effective to shift to VHX.

I oversaw the design of the web app and along with the rest of the web team, kept track of user feedback to continue, through iterations, the user experience of the service.

The benefits have been substantial for the organization, with increased subscription revenue and a drastically better user experience as compared to the system that had been in place previously.
