TT Isle of Man - the game : as lead vehicles artist

The game proposes two categories of bikes : Superbikes and Supersport. 
The first task was to UV layout and to texture the Suter MMX500 (the blue bike underneath) to create our benchmark quality. These kind of pictures was used for the licencing approval process. 
Then, as lead vehicle artist, I was in charge of : 
- Ensure a constant quality and correct remaining mistakes with modeling and/or texturing 
- Stay aware of technical limitations/specification and find solutions with the leaders of other departments (Render-Gameplay-Physics-Animation-2d). Follow the art direction 
- Writing technical documentations with explanations of the production pipeline for the outsourcers 
- Critic and advice the outsourcers with reviews process 
- Keep the producers informed about the progression state 
- Stay attentive to the fidelity of all content under licencing and create images for approval by Race teams 
- Integrate the vehicles into the game engine and check all was appropriate into the game.
