So when I was asked to come up with a campaign to show Small Army does things with "heart" I jokingly said we should have a heart working here. Literally a heart. So I drew up our heart and we had it made. No shit. 

In order to prove Small Army is the agency with a heart, I wrote up a story of how the heart found us. It searched for a job within advertising until it found us. As part of this campaign we put out a real job posting for a "heart" and we really got responses. 

I created a video to tell the story of our Small Army found its heart. 

And then we sold T-shirts and gave it a website.
