Postcards from Krakow

This is another project I made during the Erasmus exchange in Krakow. Since most of my works usually end up forgotten under the couch, in the attic or in the drawers, this time I intended to do something else. Nowadays when all sorts of virtual communication are available to us 24/7, it seems we have forgotten of those old-fashioned ways of saying 'hi' to the ones who made a sort of impact to our lives. I was also aware that some of the postcards might get lost and end up somewhere else in the end. Who knows? For some of them, I really needed a little bit of courage to send them into the unknown. Anyway, I've done what I've done and it was definitely worth it. Every piece of the series carries a story, inspired by the new experiences, forgotten events, funny situations, ups and downs. It was the way I managed to verbalize the stories and connect them to the people who inspired me to visit the post office on regular basis.
// Because of 'a couple' of drinks... I'm usually losing control
// Postcard of terrible breath! * I eat onions and smoke cigarettes, I'm really a bad girl
// I hope that this 800 km long hug will get to you as soon as possible
// The swimming season in Gdansk has already started
// Krakow blue period
// She was running (naked and drunk) through the Polish woods?
// Thank you for the great weekend!
// What was actually happening in my room...Even though my roommate supposed that there was some 'action' going on.
// I cannot imagine myself with a nipple piercing.
// Even the friends who had been acting like a prima ballerina for the last year, deserve an occasional surprise (I guess).
// Absolutely inappropriate postcard
// zapekanki, zagrobanki, zagrebanki
// (drunk) Spanish lessons in Krakow
// Thank you for bringing spring to Krakow!
// Those situations when a beer turns into four.
// Erasmus 666: After vodka party
// Nude in Krakow
// The results of the spiritual retreat in Zakopane
