KYL21 is the complete of the classic ice-cream popsicle and a master piece of the avant-garde molecular cuisine.It is unprecedented in it's quality, form, texture and recipes. It is the world’s first molecule ice. KYL21 has been created by David Marx, product designer, gourmet and founder the science kitchen — an independent and interdisciplinary food lab based in Berlin. The science kitchen is specialised in inventing and developing future food products.
