Cisco - Career Day
Commercial

I was in charge of the lead design of this commercial spot for Cisco Systems called "Career Day", a project designed at Loica.tv in 2015 with two talented partners: Felipe Fiori and Sebastian Pinto.
The story tell us how a little girl in their school describes the work of her father, a Cisco manager data center, in a fantastically way full of tech fairy tales characters and networking hardware devices metaphorized to be part of the magical world that the girl is imagining.

After defining the overall look of the project, I ended up focusing in great degree on the segment of the spot that narrates how a group of cyber hackers tries to steal an energy core of a Cisco server.

So it is how I spent a good time designing different characters and objects to represent that mix between a fantasy pirates background and the computer equipments language. Resulting in things like usb harpoons, hdmi connectors weapons, a pirates gang with an industrial shark jaws and a computer mouse as a pet on the shoulder of a big buccaneer whose that body is an old diskette storage with the drive access in a skull shape, among other funny stuff, like a some tributes to One Piece and Megaman.

It was a lot of work behind this project, and my segment is just a part of the whole spot.
Happy with the entertaining time working on it!
