A poster inspired by a prompt "a chance conversation you overhear"
It's really not what you think!
The concept and approach_
Simple typesetting of the quote suggests its ambiguity and suggestive nature. The original context of the quote was in terms of 3D rendering in a program called Solidworks where a product designer was running into difficulties with a lock and hinge re interpretation for a project he was currently working on. The aesthetic look of said product had a likeness to the term 'facet' design in which an object has one side of something many sided, similar to that of a cut gemstone.

that is either really annoying or makes no sense"
The concept and approach_
A relatable phrase that has been passed down through several generations.
It is the 'be all and end all' of answers yet still manages to make no sense whatsoever.

The concept and approach_
The copyline is all about enjoying the simple things in life. Ikea is all about making life simpler, tidier and they have a very minimal approach to life.
Ikea is famous for their easy to assemble and stylistic modern flat pack furniture that combines easy living and organisation.
