We chose to do our image on Milton Glaser’s work. One of his most famous posters ever is a silhouette of Bob Dylan. Dylan’s hair is a flowing multicolored edit that is super cool. We thought that our best way to honor his beautiful work is to do a similar edit on the silhouette of Glaser. We also chose the quote “Color is so intuitive.” This quote spoke to us to mean that color is what you what to mean and how you personally see them. We also tried a different image where colors were coming out of Glasers opened head on a silhouette. It is definitely a cool concept but the flowing color pattern was nearly impossible to create. Overall we were very happy with how the final image came out.
