Leading the segment of online flowers and gifts in Brazil, in 2013 Giuliana Flores reached more than 500,000 visits and 20,000 requests (average per month) and ended the year with a turnover of more than 25 million BLR. With more than 12,000 items on its website and more than 25 years in the market, the Giuliana Flores group represents 75% of the category's share, serving more than 5,000 cities in the country.

LANDING PAGES
The speed and ease of creating landing pages made this tool a great ally in increasing the conversion rate, once it allows segmenting specific products and categories for different targets. With the daily optimisation of paid media campaigns and landing pages, we focused on maximising results through the right keywords and qualified leads, increasing the conversion rate exponentially.

TELEVISION
The number of visitors, orders and billings increased significantly after this TV campaign focused on programs relevant to the target. We created 2 commercial formats (30'' and 15'') to emphasise the right gift for all occasions. Through the slogan "Acessou, comprou, chegou, sorriu" we're able to express in a few words the practicality and the differential of the brand.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Content production and channel management of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and blog, besides remarketing, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. Creation of cultural contests, draws and exclusive discounts for more than 1,800,000 followers which resulted in a significant increase in engagement. The point of convergence was to attract followers to become loyal customers.

PARTNERSHIP 
Collecting successful partnerships, the brand has always been involved with personalized projects with celebrities and influencers in the country. I'd like to talk about the case "Flores em Vida". With more than 10 thousand followers in social networks and almost 30 years of career, the pair of singers Zezé di Camargo and Luciano launched their new album called "Flores em Vida". We created an exclusive collection on the site and participated in several concerts of the tour distributing flowers and publicizing the brand and the special products, which achieved excellent sales results.

In partnership with a public relations company, I was responsible for compiling information relevant to the dissemination of essential content for e-commerce, small and medium-sized businesses, flowers and gifts markets and marketing, with the objectives of straightening the image of company and increasing the share of mind.
