Shine™ Stainless Steel Bottle Brush
A stainless steel bottle brush is a dedicated cleaning brush for baby bottles and utensils.
It is made of premium stainless steel, BPA free plastics and medical grade silicone. Its flexible neck reaches corner of every bottle shape, and the hidden silicone nipple brush has a suction cup base which allows the brush to stand upright. The brush comes in with one extra replaceable brush head.

Challenge
• Designing company’s first stainless steel product in a cleaning category. Meeting the company’s required product margins while still designing the product.
• Working with a tight deadline, which includes 2 months of design and 10 months of product development to its first shipment.
Contribution
• Managed product design, project timeline and product development.
• Day to day interaction with Engineers, Marketing, Costing, Packaging and PD Management.
• Lead the entire industrial design process, including ideation, competitor research, material research, sketching, prototyping, 3D CAD construction, 3D rendering, design proposals, CMF specification and sample reviews.
