Branding Project [TASKEN]

When Tasken came to us in 2014, it was still called RCP Software - a fintech startup that had grown too fast but the brand image and internal structure had not kept pace with its growth. The founders wanted it to be the #1 in their market, but it was still seen by employees and customers as "just another software company."

We decided to begin our work with a market study where we identified some interesting industry trends and opportunities to build a solid brand with unique positioning.

As a result of this study, we developed a new brand for the company - aligned with the vision of becoming the market's leader in innovation. From this brand we derived a new way of selling the products and services, which was presented to the market through a modern website, sales materials, presentations, etc.

Following this deep transformation of their brand, we developed the architectural project and interior design of the head office in Rio de Janeiro - which completely changed the employees' perception of the company.

We took advantage of that moment of enthusiasm and newness to devise and implement an organizational culture that brought a new sense of direction and team spirit - as well as arousing great pride from employees. We also implemented strategic consulting and coaching for the company's directors, which raised their level of consciousness and brought results.

Our work also involved structuring an HR department (which did not exist) and a department of innovation (Tasken Lab) - which has since been creating disruptive solutions and positioning Tasken at the cutting edge of the market.

To launch those new products, we built sub-brands and promoted them through websites, sales materials, events, and so on. We even formatted a business case for their “Tasken Debt” app that received the highest national award in the segment.

Over the years of partnership between Sowee and Tasken, we have also taken on the day-to-day demand for communication as an "external marketing department", working on the writing and design of in-house communications, email marketing, corporate gifts, printed material, events, and more - leaving their team free to do what they do best.
