The bag is handcrafted entirely in genuine Harness leather, accompanied with antique finish hardware.
INSPIRATION - EQUESTRIAN / EQUESTRIANISM
The horse and the rider portray a sense of strength and elegance. The muscular body of the horse with its well kept coat and mane, the leather saddle on its back with the harness around its mouth; the attire of the rider with the hunt coat, breeches and tall boots brings out the whole experience of stepping into an environment of class and sophistication. Horse riding is often referred to as ‘The rich man’s sport’.
DESCRIPTION
The Stallion is a bag that is suitable for everyday use. Crafted in Harness leather it makes this bag tough and durable. It ages beautifully with time and usage. The bag is stitched entirely by hand using traditional leather artisan needle.
Featuring an internal zip pocket and a discrete external flat pocket, it is optimized for organising your valuables with ample space.
The straps of ‘The Stallion’ are completely adjustable, from being carried as a crossbody sling to a handbag it makes it the perfect bag for all occasions.
Taking inspiration from equestrian horse saddle, the bag has a strong and stable form with curves. The form is fluidic yet structured. There are multiple parts and layers in a leather saddle. In ‘The Stallion’ the same technique of layering is used to cast a shadow and create a more dramatic effect using layer hierarchy.
The strap of the bag almost gives the feel of the harness around the jaw of the horse and the antique finish hardware adds character to the bag.
