LOST-inspired "Polar Beer"

"Polar Beer" has been on of the most popular illustrations that I've created, and is based equally on the inscrutable mythology of LOST and classic beer label design.  It also represents my first foray into scratch-board - a medium I'll definitely be using more in the future.

Both the shirts and pint glasses listed below are available for sale, only through my shop: http://shop.ianleino.com
Here's the general process of the illustration, starting with a rough pencil sketch followed by cleanup and text layout in Illustrator and finishing up with the actual scratch-board.
And here's the design hand-screened on 100% fine jersey cotton American Apparel shirts.
Even LOST executive producer Carlton Cuse wore one! Here he is with Damon Lindelof at the LOST Underground Art Show opening at Gallery 1988 in LA.
Just for fun, I also re-worked the image in a crisp vector format, and had it screen-printed on pint glasses (with a 2-sided satin etch look) which people seem to enjoy just as much as the shirts.  I've even heard that they'll be featured in an upcoming segment of WNBC's New York Nonstop!
I've also uploaded a couple of free PDF downloads including this Dharma Beer label
And a set of 10 bingo cards that I update each week to coincide with that week's episode and central character.
Thanks for taking a look! As I mentioned at the top, if you're interested in any of these items, you can find them in my shop: shop.ianleino.com

I also have several other products that I'll be adding in the coming weeks. If you'd like to be notified when that happens, please follow me on Twitter or Facebook.
