Helsinki Design Week 2016 Official Programme
Featured in the official programme of Helsinki Design Week in September 2016, we held this workshop with 20 participants (71 applications were received).

To accomplish this, we went through a double diamond process the participants. And during the process we used VibeMetrics to gather user feedback during the process itself. This allowed us to adjust the process or, which proved the case more often than not, adjust how we described what we were doing and for what purpose. It really helped us understand how the participants were understanding the point of the process we were going through.
After the workshop we collected feedback to get data to analyse the business case.
Looking at going forward with a business concept, this persona was created from the data gathered from the applications, the participants and the feedback received both during and after the workshop. This will help us in targeting the course but additional personas will help us to create different versions of the service to offer specialised versions which will also include the additional insights gathered from what was not valued in the service concept tested.
