The logo is inspired by how the brand love to use fresh fishes from the sea for their product and also to show some Japanese feeling in the logo as they are inspire by Japanese and Hawaiian taste. Poké, a Hawaii’s soul food, is a dish that includes fresh, sliced, raw fish that is marinated in special sauces and seasonings. 

Originating from how much they love sashimi, they decided to bring a fusion of Japanese sashimi and turning it into a whole new and fun experience of eating sashimi with complementary sides from the earth’s freshest and finest ingredients.
