Texas A&M University "shared ad," 2012 version
Background: Philanthropic giving to Texas A&M University primarily comes through three fundraising groups. The Texas A&M Foundation (major endowed gifts); The Association of Former Students (annual fund); and the 12th Man Foundation (athletics). The three groups operate independently of one another and the university, but there is a desire to clarify our roles among the donor base. This advertisement is part of an initiative to achieve that goal.
My roles in this production: Conceived the idea; wrote the copy; coordinated with my counterparts at the 12th Man Foundation and The Association of Former Students to secure their input and approvals; recruited and screened the talent; managed the photoshoot; coordinated the layout with the graphic designer; oversaw placement in external and internal publications.
