Henry Miner is a unique experience. We came up with a brand that combines both the Texas BBQ culture and the miner tradition, and we located it in San Juan del Rio, Mexico. We did the naming, branding and even tried the menu for the first time, in order to immerse ourselves in the concept we wanted to deliver. The final result is a brand that explores a new tendency in tex-mex cuisine, delivering fun and interesting experiences to its costumers.
