The goal is to create a visual self-portrait in a catalogue form consisting of 7 chapters followed by tryptic posters generated from the data collected. Each chapter is assigned a particular technique; photography, graphic shape, slogans, typographic pictures, infographics, colour and found images.
Because the topic is "self-expression", I included material from my personal computer database, items I own, people who are significant to me and to-do lists which became a starting point for graphical interpretations. All photographs are items I prefer to have with me when traveling, graphic forms includes abstraction of people, daily routine is expressed through slogans. Infographics is the most detailed chapter in term of information since it covers past years, colours shows preference in weather changes and found images is to-do list in image form.
The tryptic posters takes on typography as the basic technique with "past-present-furture" theme which incorporates the to-do list layered over a hand drawn, abstract version of my name.
