Oud Milano is a cosmetics brand; they launched their first store in Milano, Italy, and then they established their stores worldwide. In addition, Their dedication is to discovering and importing the secrets of Oriental beauty, merging it with Western trendsetters to ensure beauty keeps pace with today's trends. Hence, the decision-makers choose the brand's name, "Oud Milano," which Oud is one of the oldest perfumes in the Middle East. Milano stands for where the product manufacturers.
Their first line of products was created in 2016. My duty was to create an entire brand identity translating the oriental and western look and feel for all designs, logo, signages, uniforms, merchandise and, packaging.

The Brand Story

Regarding the secrets of oriental beauty arts. The vivid spice market colors of Indian pigments, the latest super-lush eyelashes from Dubai, calligraphy-inspired Japanese brushes, new botanicals from Korean laboratories, luxurious fragrances from Arabian oils, or skin healing elixirs from the Levant. The rich oriental secrets of beauty are the guiding stars to the development and creativity and a source of inspiration to build the concept of the brand.

Logo

The idea of the logo is shaping the old oriental kohl, which is an ancient eye cosmetic, in addition, widely used in the Middle East and South Asia. As for the letters, I made them a greek look to mix the two cultures.
