For almost three years Heine/Lenz/Zizka has been in charge of all design disciplines for the brand Alape, the premium provider of washbasins and sinks from Goslar.
After an extensive strategy and identity process we started with different cross-media communications such as defining the visual style, designing the main catalog A˘form and other brochures, creating the booth at the international trade fair ISH and various films.
We are delighted with this extremely valuable collaboration.
The confident demonstration of their own strengths, the uniqueness of steel and the extended product range defined the presence at ISH, the world's leading trade fair for bathrooms, energy and air conditioning. The special properties of the material – precision, lightness and the filigree character – were transferred to the design to give the presentation a floating appearance. Warm materials made of glazed steel, solid wood, copper and raw steel plates dominated the overall impression.
The catalog with the brand's product portfolio was redesigned to meet the requirements of architects and planners. In addition to the technical data of, the catalog features an extensive magazine section that gives an insight into the manufactory and the history of the company.
