Grafton Studio Branding
I began working with Grafton Studio in the second half of 2015 as a user experience and visual designer. Having been in business for a year, Grafton understood their niche in the tech market building web apps, and were eager to have a cohesive marketing presence moving forward.
The branding effort was a highly collaborative process, working closely with Luke and Sean, who founded the company together. The logo was our starting point. It was evocative of a street sign, a nod to Grafton Street in Dublin, which inspired the name of the studio. We ultimately landed on using a vibrant red for the logo and other collateral.
In the years that followed, we designed and regularly refined the Grafton website, exploring several hero options (seen below) to introduce the brand to our audience. A sub-brand was later created for our Front End Friday series of events. We continue to create new marketing collateral on a regular basis, including wall art, window decals, mugs, desktop wallpapers, holiday cards, and additional campaigns as needed.
