Task: Transform an old storage into a comfortable cabinet
New Flora is the flowers and gifts shop located in the historical center of Kiev named Pechersk. "Always Spring" - says the slogan of the company. We had 11 sq. m. to embody a New Flora mood in the interior.
We focused on a laconic point and natural materials. The design appeared because of a functional purpose of the space – to be a place for meetings. A dark carpet covering for the floors and walls begets the game of contrasts. A light massive table on the concrete basis in the center of the interior. The wooden top gradually continues the wall.
The owner likes voluminous textures and shapes. So we put the emphasis on a "bee" wall made of the 3D panels. A hexagonal bar resembles a honeycomb.
A unique lamp "Cone" is created by Sergey Makhno. Bizarre clay reliefs represent those handmade things one should see and touch live.
The Ukrainian brand ODESD2 helped us to furnish the cabinet. Their lemon chairs add color to the space, completing the picture.
