I was asked to join the Playing Arts contest this year, so here's my entry for 3 of Spades. Had a lot of fun making this one; I've happily stumbled across lots of astronauts lately (The Swapper, Kerbal Space Program, Yeasayer's videoclip for 'I Am Chemistry' and Pol Clarissou's 'Orchids to Dusk') and the spades' shapes work perfect as little black other worldy plants, so this piece is kind of my ode to those inspirations.
