1155 Canyon was one of the last mixed-use buildings built as part of the One Boulder Plaza project in downtown Boulder. Condos sold for over $1,000,000, and they wanted a site that conveyed their desirability. This was a Flash project that loaded quickly and featured subtle animation and beautiful content.
