This is a small boutique shopping centre in a trendy, expensive area. It is unique in it's clientele and unique in the stable of stores that are on offer. Everything about the identity is thus unique - the font is custom designed for exclusive usage, the iconography is unique to the centre, and the application of the system is niche.
