Use : Event Pop-Up Store + Live Cooking Location + Temporary Structure

A versatile pop up store which can be assembled easily with the use of modular and mass produced components. The whole unit is made up of metal as the skeleton and fashioned with modular pieces to form a multi purpose store.

 

90 x 60cm and 60 x 60cm cabinets, pretty much the dimensions for regular kitchen system.  

 

An exploded view to reveal the inside. Electrical and plumbing are well concealed within. It it hidden in the platform below the chiller and electrical wires can run inside the metal structure. The backsplash can be clipped on to the metal structure behind and still function as a wall or partition. The whole unit can be assembled and disassembled in less than a day. 

It has a few purposes, it can function as a regular store on a normal day during an event and be converted into a production location for live cooking shows on other days.
