Situated in the expat area, this apartment belongs to a bachelor who likes simple and straightforward planning, no clutter.
Floor plan that consists of kitchen, living, bathroom and bedroom
Biggest work done in this whole apartment is the bathroom where the old bathtub was removed and replaced with space for wardrobe. In order to conceal moisture inside the shower area, a glass partition goes all the way up to the ceiling and a ventilator is installed.
