'Udrykning' will let you know when an ongoing turn-out is getting nearby you. Either through an push notification to your Apple Watch or iPhone - or by interrupting your current music/radio in the car (Depending on vehicle)

Much like the current radio TA/TP broadcasting system for interrupting anything playing over your vehicles speakers. This is just based on the data network through the phone for more often and accurate traffic announcement like a turn-out.
