It's a story about little girl in a world of Tim Burton. At least, that's how I see his "Alice in Wonderland". Black color here is warm and soft, with layers and cozy textures to create a beautiful contrast between fragility of a girl's beauty and a wonderful world that she lives in. Black color isn't necessarily heavy and aggressive. It could be full of wonders and poetry. And this story proves us right.
