The client was creating a new micro-apartment concept in Washington, D.C. Part of the vision was that residents would have a unique and attractive digital experience attached to living there. What could this digital platform look like?
The Approach
The research plan I designed involved two rounds of needs interviews, a group ideation session, - it took place in the historic Washington Club (one of the future apartment locations) - and a survey.
