Elaborato di tesi a partire dal progetto “Gluten Free Easy Network” che approfondisce una parte del sistema precedentemente elaborato. È stata approfondita la parte del sistema che riguarda il network digitale: sono stati progettati un sito web e un’applicazione per smartphone, le cui funzioni sono state scelte in base ad un’analisi più specifica dei bisogni di un utente celiaco in relazione a questi artefatti.

È stato scelto anche di permettere agli utenti di registrarsi al sito per avere funzionalità in più, come per esempio salvare i luoghi preferiti che verranno poi visualizzati nella propria pagina personale, oppure commentare i luoghi e valutare le recensioni degli altri utenti.
La registrazione consente anche un ulteriore vantaggio ovvero quello di poter fruire delle informazioni salvate anche con l’applicazione. In questo modo è possibile selezionare i luoghi di maggiore interesse già prima della partenza e di poter accedere a tutte le informazioni al riguardo una volta sul territorio.

Le informazioni contenute all’interno dell’applicazione sono le stesse del sito, ma vengono proposte in maniera differente,
in modo da essere più adeguate al diverso metodo di fruizione. L’applicazione, infatti, è stata pensata per essere consultabile durante il viaggio, quindi anche in movimento, e le informazioni sono quindi proposte in maniera più sintetica. Un notevole vantaggio dato dall’uso dell’applicazione sta nel fatto di poter salvare alcune informazioni per potervi accedere anche quando il dispositivo non è connesso. La struttura è simile a quella del sito, è infatti possibile selezionare la categoria di interesse e vedere la lista dei luoghi o la loro posizione sulla mappa, oltre alle informazioni più dettagliate per ciascun luogo.

The mobile app is designed to be used especially during the stay and while you are moving so all the information are shown in a simple and short way. A considerable advantage of the mobile app is the fact that you can also save the information on the phone, so you can have access to that also off-line. It is organized in the same way of the website, so once selected the section you can see all the points of interest and their location on the map, and also detailed information about each place.
