Problem: back in 2009, Related companies had over one hundred websites, and hardly any connected to one another. Imagine what it took to maintain them all...
Solution: We sold them on a "one architecture, one brand" approach by rallying the various portfolios such as Rentals and Sales under one umbrella. We delivered a design system that would be easy for them to maintain, and grow with. This opened the door for a better search function across the various properties available within the portfolios.

Solution: We sold them on a "one architecture, one brand" approach by rallying the various portfolios such as Rentals and Sales under one umbrella. We delivered a design system that would be easy for them to maintain, and grow with. This opened the door for a better search function across the various properties available within the portfolios.
I hired a production company to shoot videos for each building and their respective neighborhoods, to give prospects a sense of the Living with Related experience.
I had shot the original blueprint for this while pitching the client, and this was something they loved.
Related.com also became the first real estate website where the entire leasing application process could be completed online.

Finally, we brought Related’s corporate website under the same umbrella, as it gave prospects a better feel for the breath of the company.
