"Is a closer" is one of the 10 BBDO people values. I had complete freedom to come up with whatever design, as there were no specific requirements regarding poster look. My idea was to show how close and helpful people at BBDO are and should be by using hands that support each other. When looking at this poster you could perceive that if one hand loose another everything would fall apart. This is why it's important to support each other in all kinds of situations.
