Rotam is a Chinese multinational that offers crop-science solutions in more than 60 countries, figuring among the biggest names in the industry. Since agriculture has specific characteristics in each region and is always changing, innovation is part of the business. Understanding that Brazil is a major market for agribusiness, Rotam hired Sowee to launch and position products to meet the demands of the brazilian farmers.
For each of the launches, we did analysis on market and competition, created visual identity, sales pitched, sales materials, presentations, business cases and communication campaign.
We also helped Rotam in the creation of two new product lines geared specifically for strategic crops in Brazil: fruit farms and coffee. For those product lines, we came up with the naming, visual identity, market positioning, tradeshow booth and a launch event that generated very positive results.
Besides several product launches, we have also created relationship strategies with distributors and partners, and helped Rotam to gain more space in the Brazilian market.
