Grange Residences is a contemporary luxury development located in the quiet residential enclave of Tanglin and Grange Road, yet within a short walk from the bustling Orchard Road, Singapore.
With “Your private space in the city” as the core essence, a launch campaign consisting of a marketing brochure, press advertisements and sales gallery is conceived.
Location is the very first thing a person sees as an almost blank stylised map was designed as the brochure cover.
Actual material samples are worked into the layout of the sales gallery to highlight the premium fittings used in the interior.
