Designed by architectural firm Foster + Partners, SouthBeach is a revolutionary environmentally sustainable architecture which is also sensitive to the preservation of the conserved buildings that it encompasses.
The identity is a stylised graphic illustration of the unique "green canopy" structure and the two towers.
