Grill is an American restaurant that integrates the classic qualities of
1950's with the fun personality of owner Bob Slade.
The restaurant needed some help branding an identity that could market an American flavor to an international palette that consumes much of the Washington, DC population. The brand collateral was created to accommodate the content and purpose each piece contained. Informational pieces, such as menus and employee reference materials, were designed usimg a strict grid system and strong typography to make the information clear and concise. The promotional pieces were more spontaneous and fun, which were inspired by Bob's sense of humor and witty remarks.
