Gold Culture (feat. Ba Gyi Phyo)
 

Singapore shoot with rapper BA GYI PHYOE, one half of Burmese hiphop duo SNARE. His music, and clothing label Gold Culture, are indicative of a new era for the conservative republic. We met them in Yangon, and we decided to collaborate on a photoshoot coinciding with their gig in Singapore. The series showcases graffiti in Singapore's famous bohemian nightspots Haji Lane and Bali Lane, as well as *SCAPE skate park.
