PItti Taste in Florence successfully celebrates its first 10 years:

an event dedicated to the Italy of good food,
sophisticated tastes and gastronomical variety.

At Pitti Taste, The Stazione Leopolda will be the setting for a selection of the best pictures published in Dispensa, Generi Alimentari & Generi Umani, a magazine for everyone who loves food and the world that revolves around it – definitely a publication to collect. Protagonists of the exhibition "Generi Alimentari & Generi Umani" photographers Marco Varoli, Lea Anouchinsky, Stefano Scatà, Andrea Basti and Roberto Taddeo.

Dispensa (that means “pantry” in Italian) is a truly delight, independent and different.  In our 2.0 era, it has gone back to paper – actually the cover is made of food scraps! - And with its beautiful feel and old-time aesthetics, it wants to give the reader the chance to savor beautiful things. 

For this event I tried to recreate a complete meal from appetizer to dessert , with the best images of my archive.
