Our class was tasked with redesigning the Boston Logan Airport website over the course of a semester. My group seeked to identify users' needs and focus on improving the current design to align with the user's mental models. An area that raised the most pertinent concerns is the homepage, specifically the functional grouping, content density, and information priority. Through literature research, iterative design, and user testing, we aimed to deliver an experience that users find attractive, compelling, and intuitive.
Deliverables:
- Vision statement
- Literature and Patent Search Results
- Website Review and Comparison
- Research Methods
- New Features exploration
- Task Analysis
